- The Bay County Home Builders Association Scholarship is offered to encourage higher education in fields supporting the home building industry. The tri-county Home Builders Association has established the Home Builders Association of Bay, Midland, and Saginaw Counties Residential Construction Endowed Fund. The associations represent home builders and associated members who are actively concerned with larger issues, including those focusing on the environment, civic responsibility, urban growth and education.
